Address: Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul

An AG Fighting for the People

Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul, who is up for re-election in November, spoke about his office’s efforts to challenge actions by the federal administration that he characterized as harmful to Wisconsin, including efforts involving federal funding, government priorities, and election administration.

AG Kaul highlighted the dozens of legal challenges his office has filed, emphasizing that Wisconsin has secured favorable outcomes in a number of those cases. “We keep winning because they’re blatantly violating the law, and we are getting real results in these challenges,” Kaul said.

Kaul also discussed protecting Wisconsin’s elections in November, saying his office will be closely monitoring polling places to help ensure that voters can cast their ballots without interference. “This is about making sure that those in power don’t take power away from the voters like Elon tried to do in our last election,” he said.
