Author Ben Wikler Addresses Delegates
Ben Wikler, author & former chair of the Democratic Party of Wisconsin, addressed the convention on his views on how labor can power change in Wisconsin and across the country. Wikler discussed how Democrats followed labor and labor’s energy sparked a long and successful fight back. “Initially it was tough and we faced setbacks, but we’ve continued to fight and won 17 of the last elections in partnership with the labor movement,” said Wikler.
“In 2025, Elon Musk tried to buy our elections and he showed up with 56 million dollars, more than any other state supreme court race,” expained Wikler. “And what happened? The people threw him out with an election night landslide.”
